It all depends what you want to do with the deck. I actually like it as a janky casual deck water proof backpack, it feels like winning on hard mode, and if you actually able to close out a game, it be very rewarding. I think most precons would beat this deck though. So when those guys did their local tests, it worked fine. The server guys probably tested fine too. It probably wasn until they tried stressing the system that they realized there are race conditions and inefficient validators all over the place, and by then the marketing guys had already gotten the green light and the devs have just been in panic mode every since..
